We're in the office Tuesday and Thursday each week.What You'll DoBuild smart plansDevelop cross‑channel media strategies for both traditional and digital channels (TV, radio, digital, social, print, influencer, programmatic, etc.)Learn to analyze competitive landscape, consumer insights, historical performance and develop rationale for media plan recommendations and strategic use of channelsWork with team to evaluate media proposals and provide POVs backed with rationale for why this channel or partnerBring them into the worldWork with Platforms, Ops, and Analytics teams to execute media plans promptly and accurately. Provide ongoing stewardship and execution of plans, including:Managing publisher RFPsContributing to insertion order process and ensuring adherence to agency terms & conditionsTrafficking digital and traditional campaignsMonitoring campaign deliveries and suggesting optimizations based on campaign KPI performanceMonitoring client expenditures and working with various teams to resolve billing discrepanciesBecome a go-to media expertContribute to our always-on trend spotting to establish a strong thought leadership position with clients in an ever-changing media landscapeShare best in class work and inspire upcoming briefs/plansWhat You'll Need To Succeed~1 year of internship or other relevant marketing experiencePassion for marketing, culture, and businessHigh energy, a curiosity for “what's new” and “what could be”Strong organizational, time-management skillsStrong attention to detail and comfort working with dataAbility to multi-task, problem-solve, and comfortable asking for help as working independentlyExcellent communication skillsMS Office experience required, with emphasis on ExcelThe statements contained in this job description reflect general details as necessary to describe the principal functions of this job, the level of knowledge and skill typically required and the scope of responsibility.
