OverviewThe Chick‑fil‑A Supply Staff Selection Advisor is a highly skilled individual who leads and manages talent acquisition practices to ensure the proper and effective identification and placement of talent. They partner with Hiring Managers, Leaders, and Interview teams to clearly understand their strategy and business needs and lead them through the selection process. They lead the recruitment and interview process and act as a key contact for candidates. They develop recruiting strategies to support the start‑up of new Distribution Center locations, develop diversity recruitment strategies, attend college campus and industry events and support Chick‑fil‑A Supply Services openings when needed.
