The Senior Marketing Director directly guides the on-site marketing team and concierge organization, working hand-in-hand with ownership, agency partners, and media stakeholders.RESPONSIBILITIESStrategic Marketing & Brand LeadershipBrand Protection: Guard, strengthen, and champion the brand identity across all media channels, public touchpoints, and guest interactions.Strategic Planning: Architect and deliver comprehensive annual marketing, digital, and public relations strategies tightly aligned with overall asset performance goals.Market Intelligence: Monitor consumer insights, retail trends, and Campaign Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to continually refine approach, measure success, and report results to ownership.Events, Communications & Digital MediaSignature Programming: Lead the creative planning and operational execution of large-scale signature events, seasonal programs, and community activations that turn the property into a buzzing regional draw.Omnichannel Oversight: Supervise digital strategy, including website content, social media channels, targeted email marketing, creative video/asset production, and traditional advertising campaigns.Public Relations: Serve as the primary media spokesperson and strategic liaison with local community organizations, corporate partners, and city entities.Retailer, Office & Residential IntegrationRetailer Success: Coordinate retailer marketing opportunities, multi-tenant grand openings, and exclusive in-store activations to boost sales and enhance tenant retention.Specialty Leasing Partner: Collaborate with the Vice President of Specialty Leasing to capture lucrative corporate sponsorships, property-wide brand partnerships, and unique revenue-generating pop-up initiatives.Mixed-Use Synergy: Partner with the multi-family residential and office leasing teams to build cohesive, integrated cross-programming that unifies the entire live-work-play environment.Leadership & Fiscal ManagementTeam Development: Direct, mentor, and foster professional growth within the on-site marketing staff, the Concierge Manager, and the guest services team.Budget Governance: Own the development and meticulous monthly management of complex annual marketing budgets, tracking forecasts and agency financial records.Vendor & Agency Management: Manage specialized public relations, creative, and digital agencies, ensuring deliverables are hit on time and within scope.QUALIFICATIONSExperience & EducationProven Tenure: A minimum of 10 years of progressive marketing leadership experience.
