ResponsibilitiesPersonally connect with prospective franchisees, presenting the unique benefits and opportunities of the Edible brand while utilizing available sales and marketing resources.Manage the end-to-end franchise sales process, ensuring prospective franchisees receive maximum support and guidance from initial contact to agreement signing.Incorporate the mission statement and core values of Edible Brands throughout the sales process, ensuring consistent communication of our principles in every interaction.Prioritize building trust and rapport with potential franchisees, addressing questions and concerns with clarity and professionalism.Nurture relationships with existing franchisees, supporting their expansion plans and providing options and resources to grow within the Edible system.Collaborate with internal teams (legal, finance, and operations) to ensure a seamless franchise approval and onboarding process.Provide regular updates to leadership, including the Chief Development Officer, on sales action plans, market insights, and pipeline progress.Attend national franchisee events, expos, and trade shows to represent the Edible brand and generate new leads.Stay informed on industry trends and market opportunities to identify and target potential growth areas for franchise development.RequirementsDemonstrated success in franchise development, including both new franchise sales and ownership transfers, with a strong track record of driving growth within a fast‑paced brand environment.Strong understanding of franchise development processes, including FDD (Franchise Disclosure Document) compliance.You are Tech Savvy, Proficient in MS Office, and can quickly learn new proprietary technologies quickly.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with prospects.Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a consultative sales approach.#J-18808-Ljbffr
