This hybrid position will be based in Atlanta, GA, Plano, TX, or Iselin, NJ.DescriptionIdentify key risks in Siemenss operational and financial environment and develop an understanding of business processes, goals, and strategy to provide analysis and interpretation to managementDesign and lead comprehensive audits following the agile audit methodology to address identified risksIndependently drive assurance objectives, define and align conclusions and recommended improvements to drive change in the organization.Foster innovation and further development of processes and methodology as well as develop and promote digital use cases that increase coverage and overall assurance in cooperation with our data analytics teamLead meetings with Senior Management and drive discussions about conclusions and next steps from the engagementLead by example in challenging environments, be a career coach and mentor your fellow team members by sharing your expertiseYou'll win us over by having the following qualificationsBasic QualificationsMinimum of 6 years of experience at a large accounting or consulting firm ideally with reputable, publicly listed companies as clientsBS/ BA or higher degree in Business, Economics, Accounting or Finance.Fluent English is required with the ability to speak, write, read, and interpret documents.Ability and willingness to travel 30% including internationally/domesticallyPreferred QualificationsMasters / MBA degree as well as CPA, ACCA or ACA qualification is highly preferredKnowing additional languages is a plusStrong leadership and communication skillsYou'll benefit fromSiemens offers a variety of health and wellness benefits to our employees.
