The company offers a competitive compensation package, stellar benefits, a collaborative culture, and a great mission.ResponsibilitiesLead core accounting activities, including oversight of journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end closeReview financial transactions and ensure accurate classification across multiple entitiesMonitor and manage receivables activity tied to internal and affiliated operationsOversee payment-related workflows, including expense reimbursements and vendor disbursementsSupport financial reporting cycles by preparing schedules and delivering insights to leadershipPartner on audit and tax deliverables, ensuring documentation is complete and well-organizedGuide and support accounting staff, promoting consistency and strong execution across the teamEvaluate current processes, recommend improvements, and help implement efficienciesCollaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment and data integrity across financial operationsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including time in larger or multi-entity environmentsPrior experience in investment-related accounting environments preferredDemonstrated experience supporting financial reporting and close processesStrong knowledge of general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and reporting practicesAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working within accounting systemsAbility to interpret accounting guidance and apply it in practical settingsExperience analyzing variances and ensuring financial accuracyProven ability to provide direction, review work, and support team development. Supervisory experience is required.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines and competing prioritiesExperience within mid-sized to large organizationsDemonstrated career stability and long-term contributions in prior rolesCompensation & BenefitsSalary range for this role is disclosed in compliance with local law.
