About the Role
The Company is in search of a Head of Sales for Passenger Intelligence in the Americas. This strategic leadership role is pivotal in building, leading, and scaling a high-performance sales organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the company's sales strategy, driving revenue growth, and strengthening relationships with key stakeholders in the public transit and private transportation sectors. Key responsibilities include sales leadership, team development, business growth, customer and market engagement, opportunity management, and cross-functional leadership. The role demands a hands-on professional with a proven track record in sales, particularly in the Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) domain, and a deep understanding of the complexities of selling into public transit agencies and private transportation operators.Applicants for the Head of Sales position at the company should have a minimum of 8 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ITS, with a preference for those experienced in public transit technologies. Industry expertise in areas such as APC, CCTV, and passenger intelligence platforms is a plus. The role requires a hands-on leader with exceptional team-building, coaching, and motivational skills, as well as the ability to influence decision-makers at all organizational levels. The Head of Sales will be expected to lead by example, be a strategic thinker, and have a strong ownership mindset.
