Overseeing efforts of multiple client services teams on client engagements; plan, execute, direct, and complete international expatriate services projects in a variety of industries.Provide innovative tax planning, consulting, and compliance expertise to clients.Market, sell, design, and implement tax-planning strategies for clients and manage to budget.Overseeing delivery of international expatriate tax services; advise U.S. and foreign-based multinational companies on the tax implications of their global workforce.Consulting with clients on structuring of international assignments, minimizing tax burdens.Managing, developing, training, and mentoring staff on tax projects; assessing performance for engagement and year-end reviews.Conducting primary and secondary review of individual tax returns; coordinate global tax compliance services for clients.Facilitating client understanding of international tax development implications.Other duties as assigned.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field is required.CPA or JD required.Minimum of 4 years experience in progressive tax consulting, preferably with at least 3 years focused on international expatriate services.Experience with a Big 4 firm, law firm, or large corporate global mobility department of a multinational company.Superior analytical, technical, and tax accounting/technology skills with proficiency in individual tax consulting and compliance.Experience with inbound and outbound employee relocation consulting.Ability to effectively communicate cross border tax concepts to clients who are not tax specialists.Experience in practice development, business development, and managing seniors and staff.Computer expertise including knowledge of tax software and technology.Willingness to work additional hours as needed and travel to various client sites.#J-18808-Ljbffr
