Job Summary Our Client is seeking an experienced Bankruptcy Associate to join their team. As a Bankruptcy Associate, you will work closely with their attorneys to provide exceptional representation to clients in various bankruptcy and restructuring matters.Your responsibilities will include assisting in the preparation of pleadings, motions, and other documents; conducting research; and analyzing financial data.Requirements Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an ABA‑accredited law schoolAdmission to practice law in at least one state (or eligibility to sit for a bar exam)1-3 years of experience in bankruptcy law, preferably in a law firm or with a bankruptcy trusteeStrong research, writing, and analytical skillsExcellent communication and organizational skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast‑paced environmentPreferred Qualifications Experience with bankruptcy cases under Chapter 7, 11, and 13Familiarity with bankruptcy software and technologyExperience working with financial advisors, accountants, and other professionalsStrong knowledge of bankruptcy codes, rules, and procedures#J-18808-Ljbffr
