Role: Litigation AttorneyPosition Type: 12-Month ContractThe OpportunitySeeking a skilled and driven Litigation Attorney to oversee a robust, high-volume portfolio of warranty and breach-of-contract disputes. This position offers a dynamic environment within an expanding corporation known for its outstanding workplace culture and top-tier amenities. You will act as the core bridge between internal business units and external legal teams to drive cost-effective resolution strategies nationwide.Core ResponsibilitiesCase Management: Oversee a large-scale warranty litigation portfolio from inception through resolution, collaborating closely with outside counsel.Litigation Strategy: Review and refine pleadings, motions, and discovery responses. Develop proactive defense strategies tailored to organizational goals.Financial Analysis: Aggregate, analyze, and leverage cost data to build highly cost-effective litigation management plans.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with technical and operational teams to coordinate final repair attempts and compile the necessary documentation to evaluate claims.Direct Representation: Represent the company's interests at hearings, mediations, depositions, and trials throughout the United States.Required Skills & QualificationsEducation/Credentials: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active membership in good standing with at least one state bar.Experience: 5+ years of active civil litigation experience, with a proven track record of handling litigation cases full-cycle at a high volume.Ownership: Proven ability to manage complex cases independently from start to finish.Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.Preffered SkillPrior experience handling warranty matters or a strong familiarity with state and federal lemon lawsWhat's In It For You?This contract role includes a comprehensive W2 benefits package through Visionaire Partners, extending coverage to spouses, domestic partners, and dependents.
