Role: Operational Procurement Coordinator Duration: 18+ months contract Location: Atlanta, GA (Remote position - Preferred: East Coast or Central) We are currently hiring for the position of Operational Procurement Coordinator. This role is responsible for monitoring the order-to-pay process, ensuring supplier compliance, managing procurement operations, and supporting timely delivery of service parts. Key Responsibilities: Manage and resolve SAP system setup and onboarding issues. Monitor open purchase orders and ensure timely supplier confirmations, shipment updates, and tracking information. Coordinate with suppliers to maintain accurate order data and ensure on-time deliveries. Identify supply risks and execute supplemental purchase orders with secondary suppliers to minimize disruptions. Support emergency part recovery, shipment tracking, and customer service inquiries. Assist with supplier training, inventory reconciliation, and other procurement-related projects. Required Qualifications: Associate's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field (Bachelor's preferred). 3–5 years of procurement experience in industrial, MRO, or service parts environments. Proficiency in SAP ERP and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and influence supplier compliance. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in a related field. Professional certifications such as C.P.M., CPSM, or APICS. 5+ years of procurement or parts management experience. Experience supporting Field Service Networks or Parts Distribution
