This is a Financial Analyst role that would report to the FP&A Manager.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and enhance the company's budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure accuracy and alignment with business goals.Develop and maintain detailed financial models to evaluate performance, support decision-making, and project future trends.Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports highlighting financial results, key variances, and actionable recommendations.Partner with senior management and operational teams to analyze financial performance and provide strategic insights.Support financial planning for major projects, including market expansion, operational efficiencies, and new product launches.Performance Tracking & ReportingMonitor company performance against key metrics and provide regular updates to leadership on cash flow, profitability, and cost management.Identify trends, risks, and opportunities within financial results and recommend data-driven corrective actions.Develop and maintain financial dashboards and performance tracking tools to enhance visibility and accountability.Special Projects & Process ImprovementConduct ad hoc analyses in support of strategic initiatives, acquisitions, and business optimization efforts.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by streamlining financial processes, reporting methods, and analytical tools.Collaborate across departments to enhance financial transparency and operational efficiency.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.3+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a similar role.Previous experience with Excel, ERP systems and SQL.Background in manufacturing, distribution, wholesale or consumer products.High attention to detail and accuracy.Dexian is an equal opportunity employer.
