This role will play a key part in supporting VIP, executivelevel, and highprofile client escalations, ensuring timely visibility, accurate reporting, and disciplined followthrough.The ideal candidate is analytical, detailoriented, and comfortable handling sensitive, timecritical issues with professionalism. They will partner closely with Customer Accounts leadership and Operations, to identify trends, support escalated issue resolution, and protect the client experience.What your day‑to‑day will look like:Monitor SLA performance and service metrics to identify emerging risks or missed commitmentsRespond to sameday leadership requests for data, summaries, or clarification on active issuesPartner with Operations and internal teams to validate data accuracy and confirm root causes on escalated itemsDevelop and maintain standardized dashboards, pivot tables, and scorecards (Excelbased)Support monthly and quarterly performance reviews, including QBR materials and leadership decksHelp standardize reporting and improve data governance as volume and complexity growMaintain master trackers and ensure data integrity across multiple source filesIdentify emerging risk patterns, execution gaps, and repeat drivers-particularly those impacting highvisibility customers or executive stakeholdersSupport process improvements for data collection, reporting cadence, and standardizationAt a minimum, you'll need:Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experienceIt'd be great if you also have:Strong analytical judgment with the ability to prioritize highimpact issuesOrganized, reliable, and proactive‑anticipates client and leadership needsDoes this sound like you?
