About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Marketing for the Americas region. This hands-on leadership role is pivotal in driving regional marketing strategy, demand generation, and pipeline contribution. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning and executing the regional marketing strategy in alignment with global priorities, with a strong focus on demand generation, lead quality, and revenue impact. Key responsibilities include designing and running full-funnel campaigns, leading digital marketing efforts, and applying modern marketing tools and AI-driven capabilities. The role also involves leading a small regional marketing team, shaping the execution of digital-first marketing, and maintaining a data-driven, analytical approach to track and report on marketing performance.The ideal candidate will have 8-12+ years' experience in B2B SaaS or B2B technology marketing, a proven track record in tying marketing programs to pipeline and revenue outcomes, and experience in supporting complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles. They should be comfortable operating in a global organization with a centralized strategy and regional execution, and possess a curious, modern marketer mindset that embraces experimentation with new tools and approaches. The role is best suited for someone with a background in growth-stage or mid-sized B2B software environments, where marketing is evolving, and there is a real opportunity to make an impact.
