Our Tax Accounting Services (TAS) group works with companies to bring a comprehensive suite of services including co‑sourcing, outsourcing, advisory, and audit services, to help management meet those challenges.ResponsibilitiesReview income tax provisions under ASC 740 (income tax provision)Document tax positions and analyses under FIN 48Coordinate subject matter experts (international, state, local, and M&A)Review taxable income by entity and consolidationManage multiple projects and meet deadlinesDeliver professional services to clients, including consulting, tax planning, compliance, and researchDevelop high‑level relationships with clients, prospects, and referral sources, while performing detailed tasks on engagementsManage, direct, and monitor multiple client engagements as well as serve as a business advisor to the clientResearch and consult on complex tax mattersWork with state-of-the‑art equipment to assist clients with implementing tax‑efficient strategies across all operationsWork directly with clients, partners, and tax engagement teamsLead, mentor, and coach interns, staff, and senior staff membersQualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting requiredActive CPA license requiredA minimum of five (5) years of experience in public accounting or corporate/public blendIncome tax provision (ASC 740) experience requiredConsolidated C‑Corp with multi‑state and multi‑national experience preferredPossess effective writing and communication skillsExperience with OneSource Tax Provision (OTP)Ability to grow strong client relationshipsCompany ValuesWe expect the candidate to uphold Crowe's values of Care, Trust, Courage, and Stewardship. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Crowe, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
