This role has the key day‑to‑day responsibilities on all sales and supporting activities including but not limited to make sales calls, work on RFP and sales contracts, support reservation, billing and credit for guests, and marketing, direct communication/meeting with community (such as Convention & Visitors Bureaus and Chamber of Commerce).RequirementsMinimum of 1‑2 years of experience as hotel sales and/or hotel administrativePrior experience related to IHG is a plusExcellent oral and written communication skills and problem‑solving skillsStrong multitasking and organizational skillsExcels at working in a collaborative team environmentUnderstands importance of maintaining confidentialitySelf‑motivated, results‑driven and detail orientedPrior experience as front desk is a plusCommitment to guest satisfactionConduct market analysis to identify trends and adjust sales strategies accordinglyPrepare promotional and marketing materialsProactively selling the Hotel through in‑person meetings / email or phone communication / sales bidding platformCompensation$16 - $22 hourly rate (subject to experience)Job TypeFull-timeWork LocationIn person#J-18808-Ljbffr
