Salary will be based on experience and qualifications.ResponsibilitiesPrepare and process AIA billings, owner pay applications, subcontractor pay applications, and lien waiversMaintain project cost tracking, budget-to-actual reporting, and assist with month-end close and job cost reviewsSupport multiple project managers with financial reporting, billing cycles, and accounts receivable managementBuild and maintain Excel-based reporting tools, reconciliations, and process improvement initiativesQualificationsConstruction accounting experience strongly preferred; project accounting experience within architecture or engineering environments consideredStrong knowledge of AIA billing, subcontractor pay applications, and lien waiver processesAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and reporting tool developmentExperience with an ERP/accounting system related to construction is preferred along with strong organizational and multitasking abilities#J-18808-Ljbffr
