Silverado Veterinary Hospital is seeking an experienced Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) to join our team and support both outpatient care and procedural services, including surgery and dentistry.OverviewWe are looking for a versatile, client-focused technician who thrives in a dynamic general practice environment – balancing exam room care, client communication, and hands‑on procedural support.ResponsibilitiesSupport efficient exam room, outpatient, surgical, and dental workflowsPerform anesthesia induction, monitoring, and recoveryAssist in surgeryPerform dental procedures, including prophylaxis and radiographyMaintain accurate, detailed medical records and treatment documentationReview treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructions with clients clearly and compassionatelyIdentify patient concerns and support efficient case management across the hospitalBuild strong client relationships through education, communication, and attentive serviceSchedule and CompensationCompensation: $29–32 per hour, for each hour worked.Full‑time position with a 5/8 schedule.
