Overview Location: Atlanta, GALowe Engineers is seeking a Civil Project Manager to join our Civil Site Team within the Atlanta, GA office. The Project Manager will work as part of a team as well as independently on the production of final construction documents and specifications for a variety of civil site projects. The qualified candidate will work with a team of engineers, designers, and surveyors to ensure an efficient and high-quality design, client satisfaction, and successful project completion.Duties and Responsibilities Manage civil site projects from concept through constructionManage client relationships during plan design, approval, and constructionPreparation of proposals, project scopes and budgetsPreparation of site plan and site grading documents for commercial, industrial, and residential developments using AutoCAD Civil3D softwareDevelopment of Erosion Sediment Control plans for commercial, industrial, and residential projectsUtility layout and design in AutoCAD Civil3D pipe networks for development projectsResearch municipal zoning and development code, design options and document findingsSubmit and process development plans through municipal approval proceduresPrepare plan quantity estimates for client usesPrepare specifications as required to support CDsQuality Control review of development plansConstruction Administration for submittals, RFI's, and site issues as neededPreparation of letter reports and project correspondenceCoordinate with other engineering disciplinesCommunicate with internal and external others clearly and professionally in both technical and non-technical termsAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionWhat You Bring to Lowe Engineers BSCE degree and GA PE license8+ years of land development experienceAUTOCAD Civil 3D, Hydroflow, Hydrographs, & HEC-RAS (preferred)Experience with site development, hydrology, and stormwater management for commercial, healthcare, industrial, and residential projectsExcellent communication skillsGeneral knowledge of fundamental engineering principles including but not limited to surveying, geometrics, hydraulics, grading, floodplain management, and utility designWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
