About the RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Estimator with 2–3 years of experience in drywall and ceilings construction to join our growing team in Atlanta, GA. This role is critical in supporting project success through accurate cost estimating, contract analysis, and quality-focused project execution.The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and experienced in reading plans, pricing projects, and collaborating with project team to ensure timely and profitable delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare accurate and competitive project cost estimates for drywall and ceilings scopePerform detailed quantity takeoffs from drawings and specificationsReview and interpret construction documents, contracts, and bid packagesPrice and manage change orders, including cost analysis and documentationConduct site inspections to validate scope, identify risks, and support estimating accuracyCollaborate with project managers, field teams, and subcontractors during preconstruction and execution phasesMonitor project costs and support budget tracking and cost controlAssist in quality control/quality assurance (QC/QA) processes to ensure compliance with project specificationsMaintain organized documentation of estimates, proposals, and revisionsSupport continuous improvement in estimating processes and toolsRequired Qualifications2–3 years of experience in estimating with drywall, ceilings, or related construction trades (preferred but not required)Strong experience in:Project pricing and cost estimationChange order preparation and managementSite inspections and field coordinationContract review and interpretationQuality control/quality assurance processesAbility to read and interpret architectural and construction drawingsStrong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skillsExcellent communication and teamwork abilitiesAreas of Familiarity (Preferred Construction Scope Experience)Exterior metal panel systemsDrywall systems and assembliesInterior framing (metal stud framing)Acoustical/sound panel systemsDivision 10 specialties (toilet partitions, accessories, lockers, etc.)Preferred Skills & Software ExperienceProficiency in:PlanGridOnCenterQuickBidBuzzBidExperience with drywall and acoustical ceiling systems highly preferredFamiliarity with the Orlando/Central Florida construction market is a plusWhy Join UsOpportunity to work on dynamic commercial construction projectsCollaborative and growth-oriented team environmentCompetitive compensation and benefits packageCareer advancement opportunities within a growing company#J-18808-Ljbffr
