Job DescriptionUPS is seeking an MBA or Master of Human Resources (MHR) Intern to drive the daily operations and shared goals of the HR Department. The MHR Internship Program prepares the next generation of HR professionals for success through skill development, networking opportunities, mentorship, and exposure to various HR business departments. Interns will take ownership over meaningful, high‑impact assignments and present these capstone projects to the Human Resource Leadership Team (HRLT) at the end of the internship. Leadership may identify top talent for future opportunities such as a full‑time role in the Human Resources Leadership Development Program (HRLDP), a rotational program for post‑graduation.
