The Senior Manager, Accounts Receivable will lead global Order-to-Cash operations, including billing, collections, credit management, and cash application. This role is focused on improving cash flow, minimizing risk, and driving consistency across multiple regions. The position will partner closely with Sales, Treasury, and Finance leadership to resolve complex customer issues, streamline workflows, and implement technology-enabled improvements. A key priority will be scaling and developing the team, advancing automation and reporting capabilities, and ensuring accuracy, compliance, and high-quality service delivery across the function.
Qualified candidates for this Senior Manager, Accounts Receivable role will have:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or related field
- 8–10+ years of progressive Accounts Receivable / Order-to-Cash leadership experience
- Experience operating within a shared services environment
- Proven ability to lead and develop teams of 10+ professionals
- Hands-on experience with cash application or AR automation tools (e.g., BlackLine, HighRadius)
- Experience working with ERP systems, including SAP
