Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strong relationships with clients. This position requires an individual who is comfortable with outside sales, territory management, and direct engagement with potential customers.Requirements Must reside in the Metro Atlanta area & able to work in Norcross, GAMust have a bachelors degree in business marketing / sales or similarThis is an ENTRY level position for recent College Grads - Must be energetic and eager to learn the industry.Responsibilities Proficient in B2B sales prospecting through phone and email communicationsQualify leads using the SDR Sales Process to generate sales opportunitiesConsistently meet weekly and quarterly goals for call activity, touch counts, and Marketing Qualified LeadsAbility to understand and become familiar with complex technical productsCollaborate regularly with assigned Regional Territory ManagersEffectively use technology platforms, such as Salesforce and SalesLoft, to maintain up-to-date records of all interactions and prospective clientsDuties Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling and networking.Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to potential clients.Manage assigned territory sales by analyzing market trends and customer needs.Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve revenue targets.Maintain relationships with existing accounts through regular follow-ups and support.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that enhance product visibility.Provide feedback on customer preferences and market conditions to inform product development.Experience Proven experience in business development or outside sales is preferred.Familiarity with retail sales techniques and account management practices.Strong analytical skills to assess market data and identify growth opportunities.Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.Experience in conducting product demos effectively to engage customers.Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.Previous experience in direct sales is a plus.Join us as we strive for excellence in our sales efforts, providing top-notch products and services while fostering long-term client relationships.
