Job Title: Salesforce Technical Architect - Consumer Goods Cloud Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect with strong expertise in Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud to design scalable, high-performing Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate willprovide architectural leadership, conduct platform assessments, and deliver end-to-end solutions aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities: - Conduct Salesforce health checks and org assessments, providing recommendations for design improvements, scalability, and performance optimization.
- Design and implement end-to-end Salesforce solutions with a focus on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Retail Execution, Order Management, Contract Management, and Consumer Goods Cloud capabilities.
- Establish and drive architectural governance, standards, and best practices across Salesforce implementations.
- Perform proof of concepts (POCs) and develop complex solutions using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Design and manage integrations between Salesforce and external enterprise systems.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
Required Qualifications: - 10+ years of CRM experience with deep expertise in Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud.
- Strong experience in Salesforce architecture, solution design, and enterprise integrations.
- Proficiency in Salesforce data modeling, platform governance limits, and business process reengineering.
Preferred Qualifications - Salesforce Certified Application Architect and/or System Architect certification highly desirable.
