Job Title
Provide engineering support for Windows 10/11 endpoints and virtual workspace environments, ensuring stability, performance, and compliance. Design, manage, and troubleshoot OSD (Operating System Deployment) using SCCM/MECM (task sequences, driver packs, application injection, post-build steps, deployment failures). Support Citrix Cloud services (e.g., DaaS/Virtual Apps and Desktops), including troubleshooting user connectivity, session performance, workspace app issues, and integration dependencies. Automate repetitive support and deployment tasks using scripting and/or RPA (based on team tools and standards).
