Position Overview The Senior Analyst is responsible for the analysis of highly complex applications, websites, databases, and systems, providing third-level technical support, testing, and defect management. The role leads team initiatives while simultaneously participating in multiple IT project efforts with limited oversight. The analyst serves as a subject matter expert on applications, technologies, integrations, and business processes, demonstrating a keen understanding of both IT and the business being supported.Responsibilities Conduct analysis of business and system processes, data, integration, and reporting.Perform strategic research and define, test, document, and manage requirements per approved standards.Serve as application and technical subject matter expert.Provide defect management for applications, systems, databases, or websites.Predict potential problems and recommend documented solutions.Resolve the most complex system design and integration problems.Prepare, maintain, and archive detailed system artifacts.Provide escalated (tier‑3) support, including on‑call during after hours, weekends, and holidays for priority issues.Troubleshoot highly complex production issues and act as escalation point.Evaluate and follow through on issues and problems until resolved.Identify and lead process improvement efforts within teams.Champion best practices, methods, standards, and processes.Lead analysis for evaluation and selection of new analysis solutions and tools.Lead knowledge sharing and shared understanding among the team.Perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications Broad knowledge of the domain, typically obtained through advanced education and experience.Minimum high school diploma or equivalent (GED) required; usually a university degree or equivalent experience.Four to six years of relevant experience in a similar role.Experience with analysis of complex applications, systems, and integrations.Strong problem‑solving and communication skills.Ability to work independently with limited supervision and coach junior staff when applicable.Experience with project or program management is a plus.Willingness to travel as needed.Benefits Comprehensive, flexible, and affordable healthcare coverage options.Supplemental healthcare coverage opportunities.Paid time off and work/life benefits.Health advocacy and wellness programs.Retirement plan with company match.Education and employee assistance programs.Paid parental leave and adoption benefits.Mortgage financing discounts through Pulte Mortgage.Equal Employment Opportunity Statement PulteGroup, Inc. and its affiliates are equal opportunity employers.
