Master's degree or relevant certification (e.g., CCP, PHR, SPHR) is a plus7+ years of experience in compensation, with at least 2 years focused on equity compensationStrong knowledge of compensation principles, equity vehicles, and regulatory requirementsExcellent analytical and quantitative skillsEffective communication and interpersonal skillsPhysical Demands / Working EnvironmentWe require the ability to pass a drug screen and background checks.
