Job SummaryPosition: Employee Assistance Program (EAP) On‑site Clinician – Part‑time, 20 hours per week, Atlanta, Georgia.As an EAP Clinician, you will provide a full range of mental health services to employees, managers and the client organization for a large government agency.ResponsibilitiesProvide proactive, exceptional services as a licensed clinician, integrating smoothly with Acentra Health operations.Offer direct counseling, critical incident response, training, psycho‑educational presentations, and outreach to promote awareness of EAP services.Make referrals to treatment services and community resources to ensure client transition and well‑being.Comply with all clinical protocols, processes, and Acentra Health policies.Explain the scope of EAP services to external parties, including clients, managers, and staff.Consult with supervisors regarding clinical case staffing and high‑risk cases.Maintain and manage a caseload, keeping case records per policy.Build productive relationships with local points of contact.Demonstrate teamwork, communication, and collaboration with account managers and staff.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining professionalism.Using a consultative approach, establish effective relationships and identify opportunities for service enhancement.Exercise interpersonal and problem‑solving skills to retain and serve clients.Maintain security of areas, materials, and confidential information.Maintain professional demeanor with customers and co‑workers to represent Acentra Health values.Perform daily duties and complete related projects with minimal supervision.Assume additional related duties as assigned by the manager.Adhere to all corporate policies, including HIPAA.Required QualificationsActive, unrestricted, independent clinical license in Georgia (behavioral health). Acceptable licenses: LCSW, LPC, LMFT, Licensed Psychologist (Ph.D.). The license must be in good standing, verifiable via state lookup tool.Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in EAP, mental health, substance abuse, or behavioral health.Critical Incident Response certificate.Successful completion of a federal background investigation, including financial, fingerprint‑based screening, multi‑year review, drug testing, and eligibility for federal security clearance.Preferred QualificationsICISF certification.Certified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP).Knowledge of DOT Order 3910.1 (series).Cultural competency working with federal government clients.Experience in substance use, training facilitation, law enforcement, military, veteran populations, and critical incident responses.BenefitsEligible for select Acentra Health benefits and programs, prorated paid time off, 401(k) plan with match, wellness and employee discount programs, and the Employee Assistance Program.Part‑time employees may also be eligible for education assistance up to the annual maximum, supporting tuition and continuing education courses.EEO StatementAcentra Health is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
