Solutions Operations LeadThe Solutions Operations Lead is responsible for overseeing and optimizing our comprehensive portfolio of patient and practice solutions. This role will take prioritized contract outputs from our business development team and map them to eligible solutions based on service levels ensuring optimal capacity alignment across our healthcare solutions portfolio.Primary DutiesSolution Mapping & AlignmentAnalyze and map contract prioritization frameworks to corresponding solutions to maximize performance outcomes and resource utilizationDevelop systematic approaches for aligning high-priority contracts with optimal solution delivery modelsMonitor and adjust solution assignments based on contract performance data and strategic prioritiesCreate and maintain solution-to-contract mapping documentation and workflowsPortfolio ManagementConduct comprehensive analysis of the Patient & Practice Solutions portfolio to identify optimization opportunities, gaps, and strategic alignment with business objectivesDevelop and maintain holistic view of all solutions offerings, including performance metricsPrepare executive reports on portfolio performance, capacity utilization, and strategic recommendationsCross-Functional Collaboration and CoordinationServe as the operational bridge between contract prioritization and solution delivery teamsCollaborate with capacity planning teams to ensure solution rollouts align with available resources and operational capabilitiesPartner with stakeholder teams to ensure seamless solution deliveryOther duties as assignedMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Operations Management, or related field5+ years of experience in portfolio management, operations, or solutions managementExperience in matrix organizations with complex stakeholder managementStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience working in fast-paced, growth-oriented organizationsStrong organization and time management skills with a focus on attention to detailStrong communication (written & verbal) skills; ability to document and maintain SOP's/processes and clearly share data outputs with various audiencesAbility to work independently and collaborativelyAdvanced proficiency in data analysis toolsPreferred knowledge, skills and/or abilitiesHealthcare industry experience, particularly in practice management or patient solutionsProject Management Professional (PMP) certificationBackground in healthcare operations or clinical workflowsPhysical RequirementsProlonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.Aledade, a public benefit corporation, exists to empower the most transformational part of our health care landscape - independent primary care.
