Tax Manager – Construction & Real EstateTax Manager responsible for delivering tax consulting and compliance services to clients in the construction and real estate industries. Leads multiple tax projects, performs research, coordinates with clients and engagement teams, and mentors staff.ResponsibilitiesConduct tax research and provide consulting on tax matters.Implement special tax projects for clients.Develop and execute tax planning strategies.Prepare tax calculations and manage client relationships.Develop and mentor staff in a collaborative team environment.QualificationsBS in Accounting required; Master's in Taxation or LLM a plus.CPA required.Real Estate Partnership preferred.Minimum 5 years of public accounting experience focused on real estate and construction.Strong engagement and client‑management skills.Proven ability to resolve client issues and identify tax opportunities.Experience growing client relationships.Leadership and mentorship experience.Work EnvironmentHybrid: flexible remote work with regular in‑person collaboration.CompensationRange: $95,500.00 – $195,400.00 per year.BenefitsComprehensive total rewards package including health, retirement, and wellness programs.
