Executive Administrative Assistant
Manages executive-level calendars and coordinates meetings.
Carries out special administrative or office operations projects.
Serves on interdepartmental teams for process improvement or other tasks.
Answers phone calls, responds to general phone calls, emails, or written inquiries.
Maintains department records and files.
Takes and distributes notes and minutes at staff and other meetings.
Handles Tier 1 information technology (IT) support tickets.
Provides a range of advanced administrative and support services to the department.
Welcomes and directs visitors.
Maintains designated calendars for conference rooms and makes sure all conference room equipment is operational and rooms remain tidy.
Retrieves, sorts, and distributes mail.
Prepares, reviews, distributes, and/or files routine correspondence, memoranda, letters, and reports.
