Job Overview Lead, AI Product Management & Value Realization – Atlanta, GA.Responsibilities Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify opportunities to drive business value through AI and ML solutions.Develop and implement strategies to measure and track the value of AI and ML solutions, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.Conduct cost‑benefit analyses and return on investment (ROI) calculations to inform funding decisions and ensure AI and ML solutions deliver expected business value.Work with stakeholders to develop and prioritize use cases for AI and ML solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the organization's AI and ML landscape, including existing solutions, emerging trends, and potential growth areas.Identify and mitigate risks associated with AI and ML solutions that may impact value delivered.Stay up‑to‑date on emerging AI and ML technologies and best practices.Plan, implement, and measure AI solutions that drive business value.Identify potential costs and benefits associated with AI and ML implementations.Develop business cases for AI solutions, including cost, value, and ROI.Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business value and solution effectiveness.Conduct data analysis to measure AI solution performance and value realization.Identify opportunities to improve AI and ML implementation, optimizing value delivered.Manage AI project budgets and resources, ensuring timely and within‑budget delivery.Qualifications Requires a bachelor's (or foreign equivalent) degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Business Administration, Economics, Computer Engineering, or a related field, and at least 6 years of experience conducting data, financial, and cost‑benefit analyses.Equivalent experience: a master's degree with 4 years of experience, or a PhD with 1 year of experience.6 years of experience in each of the following areas: using Agile and Waterfall development methodologies; performing data visualization, statistical modeling, and data mining; and calculating ROI and total cost of ownership (TCO).1 year of experience managing AI and ML projects, including budget and resource management.Compensation and Benefits Base salary range: $160,425 – $181,736 annually, based on location and candidate qualifications.
