Program Manager
The Program Manager will oversee and manage data warehousing projects, ensuring seamless integration and execution of ETL processes. With a focus on Informatica Powercenter, the role requires expertise in data integration and Unix shell scripting. The candidate will work in a hybrid model, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive successful project outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and execution of data warehousing projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Oversee the development and implementation of ETL processes using Informatica Powercenter.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data integration and project delivery.
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members on data warehousing concepts and tools.
- Ensure the efficient scheduling of tasks using Informatica Scheduler to optimize project timelines.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Utilize SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Implement Unix shell scripting to automate routine tasks and improve system efficiency.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data integration processes and methodologies.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:
- Possess strong expertise in data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Informatica Powercenter and Informatica Scheduler.
- Have a solid understanding of SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
- Show experience in Unix shell scripting for automation and efficiency.
