We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Pre-Litigation Personal Injury Attorney to join our team and handle cases from intake through settlement negotiations.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a docket of personal injury cases in the pre-litigation phase, ensuring each matter progresses efficiently and effectively.Conduct thorough case investigations, including liability analysis, gathering medical records, reviewing accident reports, and interviewing witnesses.Provide strategic legal advice to clients and keep them regularly updated throughout their case.Draft and send demand packages to insurance companies, opposing counsel, and other relevant parties.Negotiate settlements to maximize client recovery while balancing timely resolution.Manage a team of case managers to ensure accurate file documentation and compliance with firm standards.Prepare cases for litigation hand-off when necessary, including drafting pleadings and initial discovery, if settlement cannot be achieved.Maintain excellent client communication, empathy, and responsiveness.Leverage technology to better serve our clients.
