Job Overview Senior US ACH Product Manager – Lead regional ACH for the U.S. market, serving as single point of contact for customers, sales, implementation, and marketing. Drive product strategy and roadmap, translating market insights into product features.Responsibilities Act as US regional ACH lead and SPOC for customer, sales, marketing, and implementation teams.Engage clients and prospects to capture market needs, pain points, and gaps in ACH processing.Translate insights into clear product requirements and documentation.Drive alignment between market demand and product roadmap/prioritization.Partner with Sales and Marketing for demos, RFP inputs, and positioning of ACH capabilities.Provide domain expertise (NACHA, ACH lifecycle) in client and internal discussions.Gather competitive intelligence and market trends to influence product strategy.Collaborate with product teams to refine features and validate requirements.Support implementation teams with clarifications, walkthroughs, and business guidance.Identify and fill product gaps, generate new ideas that grow market share.Manage the entire product lifecycle from planning to go‑to‑market.Identify product market opportunities via research, profiling, sizing, and analysis.Serve as key contact for product questions and new ideas from customers or sales.Translate product strategy into recommendations and feature definitions.Work with marketing to develop communications, positioning, and collateral.Lead product focus groups and user conference sessions.Develop procedures for monitoring projects, reporting status, and informing management.Escalate and resolve customer problems as needed.Document enhancements internally and externally.Identify continuous improvement opportunities for product management processes.Manage vendor directory and analyze potential partner relationships.Required Experience 8+ years as a US ACH expert in a market‑facing or product role.Deep expertise in NACHA rules, ACH lifecycle, formats, returns, and settlement.Proven experience owning requirement definition for ACH products in a live market.Strong background in client engagement and collaboration with sales, marketing, and product teams.Demonstrated ability to translate market needs into product features, user stories, and documentation.Experience influencing product roadmap and prioritization.Understanding of banking ecosystem (ODFI, RDFI, payment hubs).Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking skills.Location & Availability Applicants must be located in the posted location or its immediate surrounding areas.
