About The RoleThis role drives the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for core platform APIs and integration services. The product team focuses on building scalable, developer-facing tools that enable enterprise partners to seamlessly ingest data and trigger workflows. Operating at the intersection of business strategy and platform engineering, this position requires translating complex technical constraints into clear product requirements. Success in this role means scaling system throughput, decreasing partner integration times, and driving developer adoption.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute the product roadmap for developer APIs, webhooks, and SDKs, aligning engineering output with commercial milestonesAuthor comprehensive product requirement documents (PRDs) and maintain a prioritized, technical backlog for a team of eight platform engineersEstablish, track, and report on core platform KPIs including API latency, system uptime, developer time-to-first-call, and platform churnPartner with developer relations, product marketing, and sales engineering to design frictionless onboarding experiences and intuitive technical documentationConduct competitive analysis and user research with developer communities to identify next-generation protocol and integration standardsCoordinate with security, compliance, and legal teams to ensure all data transfer mechanisms meet enterprise-grade compliance policiesWhat We Are Looking For3–6 years of experience in technical product management, specifically managing APIs, developer platforms, or SaaS infrastructureStrong technical fluency with a deep understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, gRPC, and cloud architectures like AWS or GCPDemonstrated experience writing SQL queries, analyzing system telemetry data, and using tools such as Datadog, Mixpanel, or JiraBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a highly quantitative analytical field, or equivalent practical experienceBonus: Experience building fintech integration platforms, managing OpenAPI/Swagger specs, or working with Stripe-style billing systems#J-18808-Ljbffr
