This role is responsible for managing personal injury cases through the pre-litigation phase, providing legal guidance, negotiating settlements, and ensuring exceptional client outcomes.Position SummaryThe Personal Injury Pre-Litigation Attorney will manage a high-volume caseload from intake through settlement.
