A leading international lawfirm is seeking a Labor & Employment Associate Attorney to join its Atlanta office.
This opportunity is ideal for an attorney interested in representing employers in sophisticated labor and employment matters, including employment litigation, workplace counseling, compliance issues, workforce management, and restrictive covenant disputes.
Ideal Background
• 3-8 years of labor and employment experience
• Experience with employment litigation, workplace investigations, and employment counseling preferred
• Experience handling discrimination, retaliation, wage and hour, leave and accommodation, restrictive covenant, and wrongful termination matters
• Experience drafting employment agreements, policies, handbooks, and separation agreements preferred
• Experience advising employers on day-to-day workplace issues and compliance matters
• Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills
• Excellent academic credentials
• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required
• Georgia bar admission required or ability to become admitted
