We are seeking a Digital Growth Associate to identify and qualify opportunities for CLA digital products and services within a region.As a Digital Growth Associate, you will support clients with office technologies, communication, and software services, troubleshoot problems, and communicate solutions.Primary ResponsibilitiesManage a database of prospective clients, nurture relationships, and follow up.Aggressively research, identify, contact, and qualify leads.Continuously build and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities.Work with CLA offices and personnel to develop, assist, and execute Business Development events and activities.Collaborate with senior sales personnel on opportunities throughout the sales process.Lead territory research and development strategy.Define and measure event success metrics to increase pipeline growth and lead generation.Maintain marketing performance recap, event briefs, plans, post‑event notes, and metrics.Create and maintain event folders and reports.Minimum RequirementsBachelor's degree or working toward one in Business, Sales, Marketing, Strategy, Communications, or related field.Exemplify CLA values: curious, collaborative, transparent, inclusive, and reliable.Passion for impactful work, accountability, initiative, integrity, professionalism, and conscientiousness.Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.Willingness to learn new technologies.Accounting experience is a plus but not required.Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client sites.Equal Opportunity Employer / Protected Veterans / Individuals with Disabilities#J-18808-Ljbffr
