You will manage and coordinate activities of a service team to ensure all upkeep, inventory, and repair of grounds and buildings at our multiple properties are completed efficiently. In this hands‑on role you will diagnose and repair problems in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, drywall, exterior structural, and appliances, schedule and supervise in‑house and vendor work, and share an on‑call rotation with other team members.ResponsibilitiesManage and coordinate the service team's activities across several properties in the Atlanta area.Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, drywall, exterior structural, and appliance issues.Assist in scheduling and supervising all in‑house and vendor work.Share in a rotation for emergency on‑call service with team members.Follow professional maintenance practices, quality‑control procedures, and company policies to maximize rents and maintain high occupancy levels.RequirementsMinimum 4 years of trade‑related experience with at least 1 year of hands‑on apartment maintenance lead, assistant, or supervisory experience.Strong working knowledge of all aspects of building maintenance.EPA/CFC refrigerant certification required (Type I & II or Universal).Computer skills to use business software for work‑order assignment, scheduling, supply ordering, and email communication.Willingness to share on‑call duties with other team members.Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and required tools.Background and criminal checks will be conducted.PayCompetitive salary based on experience, plus quarterly and annual bonus opportunities.BenefitsRent discount, paid holidays, birthday time off, PTO, health, dental and vision insurance, Employee Assistance Program, and 401(k) with company match.Schedule8 AM to 5 PM Monday‑Friday, with participation in an emergency on‑call rotation compensated with bonus.Weinstein Properties is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.#J-18808-Ljbffr
