Job DescriptionAs an Automotive Maintenance Technician, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to inspect and lubricate vehicles thoroughly and swiftly, thereby enhancing the customer experience. You will align with the Company mission and embody our core values as part of a dedicated team.Primary ResponsibilitiesComplete work accurately and efficiently, allowing customers to remain in their vehicles.Conduct multi-point inspections to assess vehicle condition.Identify and report additional repair needs to the service consultant or technician.Inspect fluid levels in power steering and transmission systems.Examine belts, hoses, and wiper blades for wear and tear.Check and adjust tire air pressure as necessary.Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.QualificationsWe are looking for:Some knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance preferred, but not mandatory.Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and information.Valid driver's license.Capacity to pass a pre-employment drug test and background screening.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Customer-focused mindset with the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.Willingness to work Saturdays.Physical RequirementsProlonged periods of standing, stooping, and bending.Occasional exertion of 50 - 100 lbs of force and frequent exertion of 10 - 25 lbs of force.Ability to work at a production rate requiring constant pushing and/or pulling of materials.By completing this application, you affirm that you are capable of meeting the listed physical requirements for this role.Your privacy is important; all information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.#J-18808-Ljbffr
