The role involves managing and optimizing sales operations processes, systems, and policies to support Samsara's global sales team, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and scalability as the company grows. It includes overseeing tools, automation, territory planning, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and long-term success.Key Responsibilities Own, scale, and improve critical Run-the-Business (RTB) sales processes to ensure operational efficiency and accuracy.Hire, develop, and retain sales operations talent, leveraging automation to increase team capacity.Drive operational excellence in account segmentation, territory planning, and execution.Collaborate with systems and data teams to automate workflows and enhance sales efficiency.Manage complex ownership models, territory rules, and opportunity distribution using CRM and advanced Excel tools.Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales tools management or related roles.At least 2 years of people management experience.Proven success in managing tools and or processes for large sales teams with 1,000 users or more.Demonstrated ability to use AI tools and automation to increase productivity and transform team capacity.Strong project management skills with experience in implementation and ROI measurement.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Familiarity with CRM systems, sales automation tools, and productivity software.Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, engineering, or a related field.Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.Experience in account segmentation, territory planning, and sales operations execution.Strong communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders.Ability to manage complex ownership models, territory rules, and opportunity distribution using systems and data teams.Experience with implementing and improving Lead-to-Cash systems or process improvement methodologies is a plus.Salesforce CRM Administrator experience is a plus.Annual Base Salary ranging from 95,497.50 USD to 128,400 USDPerformance-based bonus variable pay and equity for eligible rolesComprehensive health and parental leave plans#J-18808-Ljbffr
