Overview We are seeking a Product Manager to lead data platform initiatives at Warner Bros. Discovery. This role drives forward product features and strategic initiatives supporting the Data Platform.Roles and Responsibilities Build and roll‑out a portfolio of customer data‑oriented features to enable data monetization and activation, supporting ad sales, marketing, customer experience, and other enterprise needs.Own the vision and roadmap for data features and capabilities, championing a platform‑centric approach.Lead the success of consumer data products/platforms through design, development, and execution of the product roadmap.Engage directly with internal and external customers, assess the competitive marketplace to define 1P and 3P data, data enrichment, and integration needs.Provide subject‑matter expertise and thought leadership to influence business roadmaps.Develop product features to support global adoption and business needs.Lead cross‑functional teams to ensure product adoption and drive results.Advocate product/feature utilization, evangelizing value to achieve buy‑in and manage expectations.Collaborate with other product and client groups to translate business problems into product features.Build and lead a team of product managers, setting direction.Identify 1P and 3P data and data enrichment needs to maintain and expand the data platform, supporting multiple data capabilities including consumer identity spine/graph.Prioritize and deliver work by articulating business needs, value, and time criticality.Manage work with technical teams for successful delivery of projects.Cowork with data scientists and stakeholders to develop data methodologies for enrichment.Ensure privacy and consent compliance throughout the data product lifecycle.Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business or Technical fields (Information Systems Technology, Computer Science or Engineering).8+ years of experience working with data & analytics – data warehouse, data mart, data integration, data analysis.5+ years of experience in Product Development and/or Product Management, preferably with Advertising or Marketing focus.Proficiency in Spanish and English, to collaborate with the Latin American user community.Experience in agile and lean startup product management processes.Working knowledge of AdTech and MarTech in the context of D2C products.Proficiency in AI tools (Microsoft Copilot, Cursor, Claude, etc.) for productivity optimization.Entrepreneurial drive, ability to achieve goals in a fast‑paced environment.Strong teamwork and collaboration skills across groups and levels.Exceptional communication and writing skills.Ability to work with uncertainty, proactively anticipate and mitigate risks.Equal Opportunity Statement Warner Bros.
