In this role, you'll build strong, face‑to‑face relationships with property managers, owners, and multifamily communities while leading and developing a high‑performing sales team. We're seeking a driven leader who thrives on winning business, growing accounts, and coaching others to success.Job Summary: Responsible for managing and directing a sales force to achieve sales and profit goals within a territory. Design and recommend sales and marketing programs, set short‑and‑long‑term sales strategies. Develop and implement sales and customer retention programs, and plan, forecast, and report on sales and competitive pricing activities and tactics.Key Responsibilities Manage day‑to‑day activities of individual sales representatives, grouped by channel, market, product unit, etc.Define the sales process and develop efficient, creative strategies to drive desired outcomes and identify improvements.Analyze and develop reports to identify opportunities for sales and revenue growth within territories.Spend time in the field and interact with customers and internal partners to resolve escalated issues.Develop sales processes that increase market share within assigned territories.Manage and develop direct reports, including outside sales and special product sales.Review performance, identify successful candidates, and coach the team for career development and sales growth.Qualifications BS/BA in a related discipline; advanced degree may offset less experience.7+ years of experience in a related field; certification may be required.Must own and operate a personal vehicle >20% of the work week; a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) report will be required.Ability to travel overnight >50% of the time.Additional Information Work Environment: Comfortable office setting with regular exposure to dust, fumes, or odors.
