ResponsibilitiesManage a caseload of personal injury matters from intake through settlement or trial.Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery.Take and defend depositions, attend mediations, arbitrations, and court hearings.Qualifications1-5+ years of experience in personal injury litigation.Strong negotiation and advocacy abilities.Salary and BenefitsThe annual salary for this position is between $110,000-$130,000 annually, plus bonus.
