A luxury hotel is seeking a Director of Finance to provide strategic financial leadership and ensure robust internal controls. Responsibilities include leading budgeting and financial planning processes, establishing and monitoring internal controls, and overseeing audit activities. The role also involves ensuring timely payment of taxes and regulatory obligations, directing cash management operations, maintaining financial systems, and supporting capital planning through project evaluations. Strong leadership and collaboration skills are essential as the Director serves as a key member of the Executive Committee and builds a high-performing accounting team. Qualifications include extensive knowledge of hospitality accounting systems, proficiency in financial management tools, and exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills. A bachelorﾒs degree or higher in Accounting or Finance with 4ﾖ6 years of progressive experience in the hospitality industry is required. The position requires flexibility in working hours, including weekends and holidays.
