Position Details
We are seeking a full-time, licensed Dental Hygienist to join our team. The ideal candidate is customer-service driven, open-minded, and eager to learn. This position is well-suited for a hygienist who enjoys working with patients, adapting to new systems or techniques, and contributing positively to a team-oriented practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide preventive and periodontal hygiene services with a strong focus on patient comfort
- Deliver excellent customer service and create a welcoming patient experience
- Educate patients on oral health, home care, and preventive dentistry
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with doctors and team members to support efficient patient care
- Adapt to practice systems and protocols with a willingness to learn
- Manage time effectively to support smooth patient flow
- Follow all infection control and safety guidelines
Required Qualifications - Active Georgia Dental Hygienist license in good standing
- Graduation from an accredited dental hygiene program
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Open-minded attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt
- Fast learner who is responsive to feedback and new processes
- Team-oriented mindset with a professional and positive demeanor
- Commitment to patient-focused, high-quality care

Qualifications: - Current dental hygienist license
- Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation
- CPR Certification
Preferred Experience - Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays and electronic medical record systems
- Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients' dental health
- Clinical needs as required by office
- Completion of Tuberculosis (TB) testing prior to starting employment
