Position Overview
Our client is seeking a highly operational Director of Accounting & Finance to partner closely with executive leadership during an exciting period of growth.
This role will oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, accounting operations, process improvement, and acquisition integration activities. The successful candidate will balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution while helping build the finance function for a rapidly expanding business.

- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and FP&A initiatives.
- Partner with leadership on strategic and operational decision-making.
- Enhance financial reporting, KPIs, and business analytics.
- Drive process improvements and scalable finance infrastructure.
- Support acquisition onboarding and integration efforts.
- Oversee accounting operations and financial controls.
- Lead and develop a growing finance team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Prior Controller or finance leadership experience.
- Insurance brokerage experience strongly preferred.
- Experience with agency management systems is highly desirable.
- Strong FP&A, operational finance, and process improvement expertise.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
