In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring the overall functional implementation, usability, and business alignment of Salesforce solutions, while actively contributing to an Agile delivery environment. Reporting directly to the Director of Operations & Technology, this role is crucial for ensuring the successful delivery of features that align with our business objectives. The Salesforce CRM Manager continuously optimizes how we engage customers across our brands and excels at turning complex business needs into scalable, secure Salesforce solutions. You'll work closely with marketing, developers, and QA to ensure CRM is not just a platform, but a core commercial capability.How We WorkAs the Salesforce CRM Manager, you'll be expected to work in a hybrid environment. CORPAY will set you up for success by providing:Workspace in Ellerslie officeCompany‑issued equipment + remote accessHands‑on training and developmentRole ResponsibilitiesProduct Backlog Management – create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog based on the company's strategy and objectives.Stakeholder Engagement – serve as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and the development team and gather feedback to refine product features.Sprint Planning & Execution – participate in sprint planning meetings to outline the product's development phases and ensure user stories and acceptance criteria are well‑defined and clearly understood.Continuous Improvement – work cross‑functionally to drive efficiencies and improvements in product development.Relationship Management – build and maintain effective relationships with internal teams, including developers, QA, and business stakeholders.Qualifications & SkillsFormal Salesforce certifications will be highly regardedSkilled in Salesforce architecture: data models, security, integrations, and environment managementAbility to communicate technical concepts clearly to non‑technical stakeholders and work collaboratively across teamsAbility to drive product improvements, streamline processes, and collaborate effectively across multiple departmentsExperience working in hybrid Agile delivery environmentsStrong analytical, organizational and problem‑solving skillsTo be considered, you must hold legal eligibility to work full time in New Zealand.
