This role will be responsible for localizing the brand, driving its market entry, and establishing long-term development strategies. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, results-driven, bilingual in Chinese and English, and experienced in managing restaurant operations in the U.S.Core Responsibilities:Strategic Planning & Execution: Collaborate with the brand owner and investors to develop U.S. market expansion strategies, including brand positioning, market positioning, and operational model design. Drive the launch of the first store and plan for subsequent chain expansion.Store Preparation & Operations: Lead site selection for the first store, recruit staff, handle licenses and permits, establish supply chains, control costs, and manage opening preparations. Develop standardized operating procedures to ensure smooth store launch and sustainable profitability.Market Analysis & Resource Integration: Conduct in-depth research on U.S. foodservice market trends, competitor analysis, and consumer demands. Integrate local suppliers, partners, and government resources to optimize operational strategies.Compliance: Understand U.S. foodservice regulations to mitigate legal and regulatory risks during initial market entry.Qualifications:Experience: Minimum 3 years of full-time experience in the U.S. foodservice industry, with proven success in operating mainstream restaurant brands.
